<p>Warning: Due to an API change, the current version of the app does not display any existing history of activities for Garmin. It only downloads activities done after the initial installation. However, the issue is being worked on. In the meantime, you can use Strava in addition to Garmin to view some history.</p>

<p>Connect Stats is a comprehensive activity viewer for Garmin Connect or Strava. It allows users to deeply analyze and review their activities, perform searches, generate graphs and view basic statistics. This app is compatible with both iPhone and iPad, and it enables users to access and analyze all data collected in Garmin Connect or Strava.   <li>This app does not support data from activity trackers such as VivoFit or VivoSmart.</li>

  <li>Provides derived metrics like stride length, power kJ, etc.</li>
  <li>Auto laps and calculated laps based on arbitrary distances or time intervals, allowing users to view split times or distances and fastest kilometers.</li>
  <li>Displays time in zones for power and heart rate. Zones are downloaded from Garmin Connect.</li>
  <li>Best rolling plots and laps for heart rate, pace and power (Critical Power Plot).</li>
  <li>This app can import information from HealthKit Data, such as weight, to enhance the fitness analysis.</li>

<h2>First Use</h2>
<ul>
  <li>When you first launch the app, you will be prompted to choose and enable the download service of your preference.</li>
  <ul>
    <li>Garmin: You can select the ConnectStats service, which will display a login message. Alternatively, you can download from the website and enter your username and password there.</li>
    <li>Strava: The Strava login page will appear upon the first refresh.</li>
  </ul>
  <li>You can then download activities by pulling down the activity list.</li>
  <li>Please note that if you have a large number of activities, the initial download process may be slow. Additionally, for Garmin activities, there will be an initial synchronization that can take some time before the activities become accessible.</li>
  <li>If you experience any connection issues, please refer to the troubleshooting section on the website. You can also find help within the settings tab.</li>

<h2>How to Use It</h2>
<ul>
  <li>You can refresh the activity list by pulling down.</li>
  <li>You can navigate through different tabs, and most data can be drilled down by tapping on it.</li>
  <li>Tapping on a graph or the gear button allows you to cycle through different graph options or view the graph in full screen.</li>
  <li>To update changes in Garmin Connect, you can reload an activity by pulling down on the detail tab.</li>
  <li>To view the full history of any given field, select the field name on the stats page.</li>
</ul>
